About B. G. Hooke
B. G. Hooke is a freelance illustrator and digital artist working out of a cloaked scout ship currently orbiting the Earth. They are largely self-taught, and their specialties lie in emotive character art, portraiture, illustration and concept and character design.
In addition to digital art, their background is in various physical media, including but not limited to: ink-wash, pen and ink, pencil, watercolour, conte crayon, charcoal, acrylics and oils. They are currently pursuing their Masters' degree in cultural anthropology, with a focus on the comparative study of mythology and non-binary conforming gender identities and gender roles across cultures. In their free time, they enjoy creative writing, fine tea, and the thick quality of light at dusk.
